Customer Login: Request a Job

Previous Lesson: Customer Login: Add a Tenant

 

If your customer contact has been given permission to request jobs (job management, write) he can do so by following the steps below

Under Tenant Addresses click on the name of the tenant for whom you are requesting a job.

Under Current jobs (in the left tab menu) click on the button labelled Request Job

In the box that opens, select Request new one off job

Select the preferred date:

Select if you would prefer morning or afternoon

Enter a Job Description and press Save

This job request will now appear in CommuSoft to be accepted or declined. 

It will also appear in the Customer Portal within the tenant details under pending job requests,

And under the Requested Jobs tab
