Send Service Reminder Letters to Tenants

Previous Lesson: Sending Out Service Reminders

 

Having arranged a service for an Agent's property, the Agent may wish for you to contact the tenant to arrange the job.

To do this go to the Agent's customer page (not the tenant's).

Click Actions > View Service Reminders.

Search for the reminder using the filters and click View. In the appropriate job or jobs, tick the box marked 'Print.'

If your default communication for Tenants is set to Letter, a PDF letter will be produced for you to print. If it is set to SMS, a text message will be sent to the tenant's mobile phone.

To change the default of all Tenants you have the option in the bottom right corner of this page:

Click Save
