If a customer requires a ring back from any member of staff, you can produce a ring back request.
This is a Reminder that will appear in the right hand side of the screen on the home page.
To create a ring back request go to the customer page and click on Actions > New Ring Back Request
You need to enter a time and date that the customer wants to be called, information about the call back and select the employee responsible for making the call.
The reminder will appear on this employee's home screen.
You can also select the check box titled 'remind me as well' and have the reminder appear on your own home screen as well.
You will need to ensure that ring back requests are allowed on the reminder section of the home screen by going to the home screen and slicking on settings next to reminders and selecting daily ring backs.
