My letters aren't printing, what do I do?

If you are trying to produce letters in Commusoft and the PDFs are not appearing ensure check that your pop-up blocker allows CommuSoft to display pop-ups.

If you are in chrome, click on the 3 lines button on the top right 

and click Settings.

Click Show advanced settings

Scroll down until you come to Privacy settings and click on Content Settings

In the next window scroll until you see Pop-ups, and click Manage exceptions...

Enter commusoft.co.uk and www.commusoft.co.uk and select allow, before pressing done.

Chrome will no longer block the PDFs produced by CommuSoft
