First thing to try is turning the phone off completely and turning it back on again. If this doesn't work try plugging it into the PC and updating IOS to the latest version. If all else fails, un-install the application on the phone and reinstall it using the AppStore. Remember to delete the old serial number and raise a new one (as serial numbers can only be used once). To access the serial number screen go to 'Your Business' -> 'PDA Serial Numbers'.
