There are two reasons you might not be able to view your past jobs and diary history on the mobile device:
1. If you can't see past jobs in your diary you need to go to your business > employees > select the employee > mobile settings
In the send past jobs dropdown you select how many days in the past you wish the engineer to see diary events. This is up to a maximum of 28 days. The more days, the more data is sent when syncing and this takes longer.
2. If you are wanting to view a customer's job history or a job's diary history, you will need to select how much customer history you wish to send to the engineer's mobile device. This is up to a maximum of 8. This means a maximum of 8 past jobs and diary events will appear for a customer.
