A customer does not want to receive Service Reminders

If you no longer want to send a particular customer a service reminder letter/email/SMS message every year you need to make the customer dormant. 

To do this bring up the customer details by searching for them using the search bar in the top left corner of your screen.

Once you have opened the customer screen click 'active' on the right side of your screen, you will notice it changes to 'dormant'. The customer is now set to dormant and will no longer receive service reminders but you are still able to raise jobs if and when the customer requests work to be carried out.
