If you've received an error email informing you that your Sage data path is incorrect, then you've either made a simple typo, or you've just put in the wrong path completely. You can check what path you entered by going to:
Your Business > Company Details > Integrations > Advanced > Edit
Here you will see the database path. It's this field which is incorrect. To find the correct data path, open Sage, click on Help > About. This will show the Sage About screen. If you're using a new version of Sage (2013+) the you should see a section called Data Directory it is this path which Commusoft needs. If you are using an older version of Sage, please call Sage to find out what your data directory is.
