How do I resend a record from the failed accounting import log?

Sometimes, when a record (invoice, payment, credit note, customer, supplier etc.) fails to send to your accounting package, you will need to resend it from the failed accounting imports log. 

To do so, you will need to have a level 5 security role. 

Go to Your Business > Logs > Failed accounting imports

Find the record that you wish to send by clicking on the appropriate tab.

Tick the check box and click Resend

If the record was not in the list of failed records, click Sync Data to ensure the list is up to date
